Who we are

We all have heard "Build a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door.", but what do you do when they arrive?  Did you manufacture enough?  Is your price right to maximize profit?  What other services does the customer need?  How do you rate against your competitors?  What is the best way to expand your business and what resources do you need to expand it?

Unless your organization can continue to supply the right product, at the right price, your competitors will steal those customers and profits from under your nose.

Through our business development services, we will help you, not only retain those customers but, by defining your customer's needs and structuring your organization around the marketplace, we will enable you to build a larger, more profitable base of satisfied customers.

To that end, we offer the following services:

Case Histories

A GPS manufacturer had developed a system for automatically steering tractors and combine harvesters by GPS. The product technology is new and its benefits not readily understood by the farmers.  The developer wanted to know what their perceptions of the product were and how best to price and present it to the marketplace.

We researched the market and talked to the farmers who would be the potential users.  From the results of our study, we were able to tell the manufacturer:

  1. The size of the market for automatic GPS steering

  2. What would motivate farmers to purchase automatic GPS steering

  3. The selling price that would yield the greatest profit

  4. How farmers perceived the client's model and service versus those of competitors.
